【摘要】:この規格は,主に電子工業,精密機械工業などの製造工程に用いられる,純水中の粒子個数濃度による清浄度の測定方法及びクラス分類について規定する。クラス分類は,粒子径範囲0.1～0.5μmにおける果積粒子個数濃度(以下,“粒子個数濃度”という。)によって行う。ここで規定するクラス分類とその上限粒子個数濃度との関係は,クラス分類を行うためのものであり,実際の粒子個数濃度を表すものではない。
