【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrulesfordesign,calculationandinstallationforpreinsulatedbondedpipesystemsforburiedhotwaterdistributionandtransmissionnetworks(cf.figure2)withpipeassembliesinaccordancewithEN253,forcontinuousoperationwithhotwateratvarioustemperaturesupto120oCandoccasionallywithpeaktemperaturesupto140oCandmaximuminternalpressure25bar(overpressure).Thestandardassumesuseoftreatedwater,whichbysoftening,demineralisation,deaeration,addingofchemicals,orotherwisehasbeentreatedtopreventinternalcorrosionanddepositsinthepipes.Thisstandardisnotapplicableforsuchunitsas:a)pumps,b)exchangers,c)boilerinstallations,tankinstallations,d)consumerinstallations.However,thefullfunctionalabilityanddurabilityofsuchunitsshouldbeensuredinconsiderationoftheimpactsfromthedistrictheatingsystemandotherimpactsoccurringfromtheconditionsunderwhichtheyhavebeeninstalled.GuidelinesforproductqualityinspectionandinsitutestsofjointsaregiveninAnnexAofEN448:2009,AnnexDofEN253:2009,AnnexAofEN488:2009andAnnexBofEN489:2009.GuidelinesforweldingofpolyethylenecasingaregiveninAnnexBofEN448:2009.TheestimationofexpectedlifewithcontinuousoperationatvarioustemperaturesisoutlinedinAnnexBofEN253:2009.
