【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthehydraulicconductivity,orthepermeabilityrelativetowater,ofanyporousmediuminthelaboratory,inparticular,thehydraulicconductivityforwaterinsubsurfacematerials,forexample,soil,sediment,rock,concrete,andceramic,eithernaturalorartificial,especiallyinrelativelyimpermeablematerialsormaterialsunderhighlyunsaturatedconditions.Thistestmethodcoversdeterminationofthesepropertiesusinganyformofsteady-statecentrifugation(SSC)inwhichfluidcanbeappliedtoaspecimenwithaconstantfluxorsteadyflowduringcentrifugationofthespecimen.Thistestmethodonlymeasuresadvectiveflowoncorespecimensinthelaboratory.1.2Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
