【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60952definestestproceduresfortheevaluation,comparisonandqualificationofbatteriesandstatesminimumenvironmentalperformancelevelsforairworthiness.Wherespecifictestsaredefinedwithnopass/failrequirement(toestablishperformancecapability),themanufacturer’sdeclaredvalues,fromqualificationtesting,willbeusedtoestablishminimumrequirementsforongoingmaintenanceofapprovalforthatdesignofbattery.Toproviderepresentativeexamples,thisstandardutilisesvoltageandcurrentvaluesbaseduponanaircraftelectricalsystemnominallyratedat28Vd.c.Additionally,thenominalvaluesforcellvoltageareassumedtobe1,2Vpercellfornickel-cadmiumbatteriesand2,0Vpercellforlead-acidbatteries.Itisimportanttonotethatwhenusingthisstandardtoevaluateproductsdesignedtooperateonanaircraftelectricalsystemotherthanthenominal28Vd.c.,orwhosechemicalpropertiesaresuchthattheindividualcellvoltagediffersfromthatstatedabove,testvaluesneedtobeadjustedaccordingly.Thespecifictopicsaddressedinthispartof60952servetoestablishacceptablequalitystandardsrequiredtoqualifyabatteryasairworthyandaredividedinto2classes(classIandII)asdefinedinClause3ofthisstandard.–MostoftherequirementsofthisPart1statetheminimumperformancelevelforclassIapplicationswhicharealsomandatoryforclassIIapplications.–Subclauses5.6and6.6state2differentlevelsofperformanceforclassIandIIapplications.–Clause7statesspecialrequirementsforclassIIapplicationsonly.Incaseswhereaspecificapplicationdemandstestingand/orrequirementsexceedingthosedetailedinthisstandardthepurchaserwilldetailsaidrequirementsintheproductspecificationandthemethodofestablishingcompliance.
