【摘要】:ThistestmethodisdesignedtoprovideauniformtesttodeterminethesuitabilityofCoatingServiceLevel1coatingsusedinsideprimarycontainmentoflight-waternuclearfacilitiesundersimulatedDBAconditions.ThistestmethodisintendedonlytodemonstratethatunderDBAconditions,thecoatingswillremainintactandnotformdebriswhichcouldunacceptablycompromisetheoperabilityofengineeredsafetysystems.Deviationsinactualsurfacepreparationandinapplicationandcuringofthecoatingmaterialsfromqualificationtestparametersrequireanengineeringevaluationtodetermineifadditionaltestingisrequired.Sincedifferentplantshavedifferenttolerancelevelsforcoatingconditions,thedefinitionofappropriateacceptancecriteriaistobedevelopedbythelicenseholderbasedonindividualplantengineeredsafetysystemsoperabilityconsiderations.Useofthisstandardispredicatedonthetestingfacilityhavingaqualityassuranceprogramacceptabletothelicensee.1.1ThistestmethodestablishesproceduresforevaluatingprotectivecoatingsystemstestspecimensundersimulatedDBAconditions.Includedareadescriptionofconditionsandapparatusfortemperature-pressuretesting,andrequirementsforpreparing,irradiating,testing,examining,evaluating,anddocumentingthesamples.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
