【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodfortheextraction,withaquaregia,oftraceelementsfromsoilsandsimilarmaterials,preparedaccordingtoISO11464,andcontaininglessthanabout20%(m/m)organiccarbonaccordingtoISO10694.Ma-terialscontainingmorethanabout20%(m/m)organiccarbonwillrequiretreatmentwithadditionalnitricacid(seenote8).Theresultingsolutionissuitableforthedeterminationoftraceelementsusingappropriateatomicspectrometrictechniques.Withhighsoluteconcentrationsinextractsolutions,spectralinter-ferencesandbackgroundenhancementshouldbeexpected.NOTE1Aquaregiawillnottotallydissolvemostsoilsandsimilarmaterials,andtheefficiencyofextractionforpar-ticularelementsdiffersfromelementtoelement.Suchef-ficiencymightalsodifferforthesameelementindifferentmatrices.UsersofthisInternationalStandardshouldcarryoutaprogrammeofanalysisusingreferencematerialstoassurethemselvesthatthemethodgivenhereisappropri-atefortheirneeds.Elementsextractableinaquaregiacan-not,therefore,bedecribedas"totals";converselytheycannotberegardedasthe"bio-available"fraction,astheextractionprocedureistoovigoroustorepresentanybio-logicalprocess.
